At Kernow Crunch, we pour a lot of care into every bag – from our sourdough starter to the final crunch.

 

If your order isn’t up to scratch, please let us know within 14 days of purchase.

 

Damaged or incorrect items:

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll replace or refund it – just email orders@kernowcrunch.com with your order number and a quick photo. 

 

Returns on food products:

For health and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns on opened food products unless there’s a fault.

 

Refunds:

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
